What we collect

• Order details: the names, colors and design options you enter, used solely to produce your order.
• Your email address: collected by us directly in the designer, before checkout. We use it to send your order confirmation, to reach you if something about your design needs a second look, and — if you don't finish your order — to send you a single reminder with the design you were working on. Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Shipping & payment information: collected securely by Stripe at checkout (shipping address, phone, card details). We never see your card details.
• Unfinished designs: if you start a design and give us your email, we save that design (the names, colors and message you picked) so you can come back to it and so the reminder can show you what you were making. Unfinished designs and the email attached to them are deleted after 180 days.
• Basic analytics: anonymous page usage data to improve the site.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Signing in to view your orders

If you ask us to email you a sign-in link, we set one cookie (bc_session) so the site remembers you're signed in. It holds only your email address and an expiry date, in signed form, and it lasts 30 days. It is strictly necessary for the sign-in feature and is not used for advertising or tracking. Signing out removes it, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

We also keep a short log of sign-in link requests (email address, IP, timestamp) so that nobody can abuse the feature to send unwanted email.

Separately, the designer stores your work-in-progress design and the page you arrived from in your browser's local storage (bc-design-* keyed per order, and bc-landing) so you don't lose it when you close the tab. That data stays in your browser; clearing your site data removes it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your designs for anything other than making your order (we may ask separately before featuring a design on social media).
