How does the customization work?+
Design everything right on the page: choose hair style, face expression, outfit and leg colors for each figure, then type the name and pick a font — you'll see the name appear on the brick in real time. We hand-assemble your figures and print the bricks exactly as designed.
How long does it take to receive my order?+
Each set takes 7-10 business days to hand-assemble and print, plus 10-15 days of US shipping. Ordering for a special date? Order at least 4 weeks ahead to be safe.
Are the figures compatible with LEGO® bricks?+
Yes — every set is hand-assembled from re-used genuine LEGO® elements that we repackage and customize, so they're 100% compatible with LEGO® and other major brick brands. This is not a LEGO® Product: LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse BrickCreativ.
What names can be printed on the brick?+
Letters, numbers and common punctuation, up to 10 characters, plus an optional ❤️ symbol. Longer names are printed slightly narrower to fit the brick.
Can I order more than 4 figures?+
The customizer supports up to 4 figures per order. Need a bigger family or team set? Just place two orders, or email us at longzixin1988@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
What is the acrylic display case add-on?+
A crystal-clear dust-proof acrylic case sized for your full set — it keeps the figures clean, makes the gift feel finished, and looks great on a desk or shelf for years.
What is your return policy?+
Every set is personalized and made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or doesn't match your design, email longzixin1988@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll remake or refund it — no hassle.
Do you ship outside the US?+
