How does the customization work?+
Design everything right on the page. Choose hair, face, outfit and leg colors for each figure, type each figure's name, add an optional brick message and pick a font. You see every change as you make it. We hand-assemble the figures and print the brick exactly as you designed it.
How long does it take to receive my order?+
3-5 business days to hand-assemble and print, then 7-12 days of free shipping in the US or 12-20 days anywhere else. Ordering for a special date? Order at least 3 weeks ahead, 4 weeks if you're outside the US.
Are the figures compatible with LEGO® bricks?+
Yes. Every set is hand-assembled from genuine LEGO® elements (mostly re-used, some new) that we repackage and customize, so they fit LEGO® and other major brick brands. A handful of rare pieces, such as certain hairstyles and accessories, are compatible parts from other brands rather than LEGO® originals. This is not a LEGO® Product: LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse BrickCreativ.
What names can be printed on the figures and the brick?+
Each figure gets its own name printed on its body: letters, numbers and common punctuation, up to 8 characters (a ❤️ counts as 2, and the “I ❤️” prefix in front is free). The base brick takes one line of up to 22 characters for a date or message. Both are optional.
