A Wedding Cake Topper That Looks Like the Two of You

The cake gets eaten. The topper stays on a shelf. Bride, groom and up to two more figures, each assembled by hand from genuine LEGO® elements, standing together on one brick printed with your names or your date — and every one of them comes apart afterwards as a keepsake somebody actually keeps.

Two custom brick figures standing on a white name brick, packaged in a black gift box — the set arrives ready to place on a wedding cake

Getting it right for this one

Size the topper to the tier — not to the cake

A two-figure set sits on a standard top tier without crowding it. Four figures need a wider top tier or a separate display spot beside the cake. If you are unsure, order the two-figure set for the topper and a second set for the party.

Stand them on the brick — never push them into the frosting

The base brick is the stand. Pressing figures straight into buttercream or fondant sinks them, coats the legs in sugar and leaves two holes when you lift them out. Set the whole assembled piece on top instead, and slip a small round of parchment or a thin acrylic disc under the brick so nothing plastic touches the part being served.

After the cake is cut, it comes off clean

The names are printed onto the parts themselves, not applied as stickers, and genuine LEGO® elements do not absorb moisture. Wipe the brick with a damp cloth, let it dry, and it goes back on a shelf the same evening — unlike a sugar or acetate topper, which goes in the bin.

White brick, Font A reads like a wedding invitation

White or Light Grey brick with Font A's handwriting script is the closest thing to invitation stationery. The printing switches to black text automatically on those colors, so it stays legible in photos.

Groomsmen and bridesmaid gifts: one set each, one name each

Rather than one four-figure set, order a single-figure set per person ($24.99 each) so everyone takes home their own. Print their name on the figure and the wedding date on the brick — same date on every brick, different name on every figure.

Add the acrylic case for the gift table

At $10 the dust-proof case keeps the set intact through a reception, a car ride and a house move. For a topper it also means the figures go straight from the box to the cake without being handled.

Wedding timelines are unforgiving — order early

7–10 business days of hand assembly plus 10–15 days of free shipping is 4 to 5 weeks in the US, 6 to 7 weeks internationally. For a wedding, order 8 weeks out — 10 weeks if it is shipping outside the US. That leaves room to fix a misspelled name — reply to your confirmation email within 24 hours and we correct it before production starts.

Questions people ask about this

Is it safe to put on a cake we are going to eat?+

Treat it the way you would any non-edible topper. These are genuine LEGO® elements — durable ABS plastic, but not certified food-contact decorations. Sit the assembled piece on a small round of parchment, a thin acrylic disc or a fondant plaque rather than directly on the surface you are serving, and lift the whole thing off before the cake is cut. Nothing plastic then touches what anyone eats.

How tall is the topper, and what size tier does it suit?+

Each figure stands about 4 cm (1.5 in) tall, plus the base brick underneath. A two-figure set sits comfortably on a standard 15 cm (6 in) top tier with room to spare. Three or four figures need a wider tier — or set them beside the cake on the table instead, which also keeps them clean.

Can we keep it after the wedding?+

That is the point of it. The names are printed onto the parts themselves rather than applied as stickers, so a wipe with a damp cloth is all it needs after the cake is cut. Most couples move it straight onto a shelf that evening — add the $10 acrylic case and it survives the reception, the car ride home and the next house move.

Can I order more than four figures for the full wedding party?+

One set holds up to four figures. For a larger party, place multiple orders — each order gets its own base brick, which works well when every attendant is taking one home.

Can the bride's figure have a dress?+

Figures are built from genuine LEGO® elements, so the outfit is a printed body in one of 11 colors with long or short legs, not a molded dress piece. White body with white long legs is the closest to a gown and is what most couples pick.

Can I put both names and the date on one brick?+

You have 22 characters total. “ANNA & SAM 09.20.26” is 19, so yes — but “ANNA & SAMANTHA 09.20.2026” is 26 and will not fit. Shorten the year to two digits or use initials.

Will these survive being handled at a reception?+

They are genuine LEGO® elements, so they clutch firmly and come apart without breaking if dropped. The printing is on the parts themselves, not a sticker. The acrylic case is still worth it for transport.
